Must be 18+ years old

Handcrafted products preferred

No resale of booth space

Booth must be staffed at all times

Respectful conduct required — disruptive behavior may result in removal
Not allowed: Alcohol sales, commercially manufactured goods (unless you hold the patent/design), political/violent/inappropriate merchandise.

Friday, Sept. 26 : 3–10 PM
Saturday, Sept 27: 10 AM–10 PM
(Carnival only on Sunday)

Tax & Refunds

Collect & report your own sales tax

50% refund before Aug. 1 (minus fee)

No refunds after Aug. 1 or for rainouts

Bring 100-ft, 14-gauge extension cord

Setup: Friday morning (Check-in required!)

Teardown: After 10 PM Saturday

No early exits or vehicle access before approved time

No Wi-Fi—bring your own mobile data
